The Perfect Lunch

Many of us with diabetes experience some insulin resistance first thing in the morning, meaning that the idea of breakfast of a king, lunch of a prince and dinner of a pauper to promote health needs to be adapted.  This week we are focusing on building your perfect lunch.

After this session you have the tools to build a perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner, We have been focusing on reducing fats and we will continue to do this, but now we want to start focusing on increasing carbohydrates.

Continue logging your food in MyFitnessPal

Start to change your diet, this week the aim is to create a menu that limits your total daily fat budget to 30g of fat per day.

Eat the perfect lunch each day this week. 

Continue to have the perfect breakfast and perfect lunch whenever you can.

Use this week to plan your menu and your shopping for next week when we will start the 21 day challenge to eat the perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
