We are now 1 week into the 21 day challenge. This is the only time in the whole program where I ask you to go whole plant based, ideally no animal products at all; id you can’t go without that essential cup of tea or coffee then a little milk is OK, but no latte’s!
The fat budget is now 30g per day and that will be the same for the next 21 days.
This week we started to talk about exercise and we discussed delayed onset hypoglycaemia, that is hypos that happen 8-10 hours after you finish exercise and strategies for dealing with this.

Start to change your diet, this week the aim is to create a menu that limits your total daily fat budget to 30g of fat per day.
Try to eat the perfect breakfast, the perfect lunch and the perfect dinner every single day. If you are hungry snack between meals that is fine, but make sure that your snacks are whole plant based and that you stay within your fat budget.
Use this week to plan your menu and your shopping for next week when we will start the 21 day challenge to eat the perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
