What is Mixed Mode Exercise?
Mixed mode exercise are exercises that have elements of both aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. We typically find that team games like football, rugby, basketball and netball have elements of the game where you are exercising at high intensity for brief periods and then periods of lower intensity.
